Returns & Exchanges

Dooney & Bourke accepts returns of unused and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and registration cards intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Generate and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; Please note that a $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective tissue and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; allow 7-10 business days for our warehouse to process your return and issue a credit.
